Are you encountering clients with expressions of suicide and are unsure of how to respond?
In this training our goal is to enhance your knowledge and practice of evidence-based assessment and response procedures for suicide risk.
This training will keep you up to date on the current research in suicide risk assessment, help you identify key clinical factors to assess risk, and create a comprehensive and collaborative approach to the goal of safety. At the end of the training you will also be able to effectively respond and create a safety plan with a client experiencing suicide ideation.
The training fulfills the State of Missouri requirements for 2 clock hours of training in the subject of suicide risk assessment. CEU certificates will be provided.
About the Facilitator:
Brianne Serdar is the Leader of Clinical Services at Sparlin Mental Health where she provides supervision of Sparlin’s DBT program and in-home crisis stabilization services to children, adolescents and families.
