Requirements: Current Missouri License in a mental health profession (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
Sparlin Mental Health (Sparlin) is expanding our outpatient program and is looking to add a licensed therapist to provide trauma-informed, Evidence-Based Treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly supportive team that partners with those in our communities who are impacted by emotional and behavioral health conditions, including those related to trauma, systemic oppression, and racism.
The ideal candidate will possess deep compassion for the intersections of trauma, mental health, resilience, institutionalized racism, evidence-based treatments, and a culturally responsive practice to ensure equitable mental health outcomes. In addition, a well-qualified candidate will have received training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), or other EBT’s. Experience working with multi-problem, suicidal adolescents, adults and families is preferred, but not required.
