Outpatient Therapist

Part-Time Position

Educational Requirements: Current Missouri License in a mental health profession (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Sparlin Mental Health (Sparlin) is seeking a licensed therapist to provide Evidence-Based Treatments in our Outpatient Program. An ideal candidate will have received training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), or other EBT’s. Experience working with multi-problem, suicidal adolescents, adults and families is preferred, but not required.

Mental Health Professional

Full-Time Position

Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related degree

The current opening is for full-time Mental Health Professional (MHP) to provide Community-Based Crisis Stabilization Services to youth and families throughout the St. Louis Metro Area. The candidate will provide a range of services such as in-home/community-based individual therapy, family therapy, skill development and assessment. Additionally, the MHP will work closely and collaboratively with other providers in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of comfort working independently however with close supervision and training, a desire to learn, and a passion for helping some of the most vulnerable youth and families.
