Brittany Haus is an Outpatient Therapist at Sparlin Mental Health. In this role, Brittany provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families, in addition to co-facilitating a weekly DBT Skills Group for clients.
After completing her graduate degree, Brittany returned to her hometown of St. Louis for Sparlin’s year-long DBT Fellowship Program. Through this program and her professional experience, Brittany cultivated her practice in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT and Trauma-Focused CBT. Brittany considers helping clients achieve their goals one of the most rewarding aspects of her career. Prior to joining Sparlin, Brittany worked in a residential treatment facility and provided individual therapy to students at a St. Louis-area high school.
Brittany is passionate about reading, yoga, traveling and spending time with loved ones — especially her husband, two cats and two dogs. She practices mental wellness in her everyday life by exercising, meditating and getting plenty of sleep.
