Jennifer (Jenni) Siegel is an Outpatient Therapist for adult clients at Sparlin Mental Health, and also serves as a trauma-informed school social worker. Jenni specializes in working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behaviors and emotion dysregulation.

After working for a Chicago-area youth development nonprofit, Jenni decided to pursue a graduate education in mental health at Washington University in St. Louis. While completing a Post-Masters Fellowship in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at Sparlin, Jenni worked for two years in a residential treatment program for adolescents and their families. Most recently, Jenni was awarded the 2018-2019 School Professional of the Year for School Social Workers.

Jenni is a Chicago native, and moved to St. Louis in 2012. Jenni’s hobbies include running, playing with her dogs, and following her hometown Chicago Cubs baseball team. Jenni practices mental wellness by maintaining a balance of nutritious foods, regular exercise and quality sleep.
