Jennifer was always drawn to helping others, but did not formally pursue counseling until after becoming a mother to a child with autism and mental health-related issues, which inspired her to support others in similar circumstances. Jennifer currently works as a Care Manager for graduate students at a local university. She has experience working with individuals and families, particularly those who have a child on the autism spectrum.

A native St. Louisan, Jennifer lives in Affton with her husband, four children and a dog. She enjoys reading non-fiction books, watching movies and TV shows with her family, and traveling. Her favorite self-care activity is running.
