Laura Sibert is completing a practicum at Sparlin Mental Health in pursuit of a Master of Social Work degree. As a Practicum Student, she will be learning and developing clinical skills under the supervision of Sparlin’s Clinical and Organizational Leaders.

Laura relocated to St. Louis from central Illinois for graduate school. Prior to this, she was a middle school math teacher. Laura also has experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and speaks Portuguese. Laura received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tulane University in New Orleans.

In her personal time, Laura enjoys baking and trying new restaurants in St. Louis. She maintains mental wellness by spending time outside, whether reading a book in the park or going for a walk and listening to music and podcasts.
