Lisa Creath is an Outpatient Therapist at Sparlin Mental Health. In this role, Lisa provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families, in addition to co-facilitating a weekly DBT Skills Group.
Lisa has experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and survivors of trauma. Prior to joining the team at Sparlin, Lisa provided mental health services in community, office and school settings – including as a Community Support Specialist at Crider Health Center and as a Family Support Counselor at CHADS Coalition for Mental Health: Communities Healing Adolescent Depression and Suicide. Instilling hope and helping others is one of Lisa’s favorite aspects of her role.

She enjoys listening to music, shopping, bowling and completing jigsaw puzzles in her spare time. Lisa is married with three children and a dog and considers family among the things that bring joy to her life.
