Nicole Wood is responsible for managing and directing the clinical programming at Sparlin Mental Health. This includes being a part of the leadership team, assisting with the growth and development of the organization, managing the daily clinical operations and ensuring clinical excellence of the staff through training and professional development.

Nicole decided to pursue a Master’s degree while she was working as a youth counselor at a therapeutic boarding school. Before moving into her current role, Nicole served in various positions at Sparlin, including experience as a Mental Health Professional, Clinical Supervisor and Coordinator of Community-Based Programming. She specializes in providing treatment for adolescents and adults who are experiencing depression and anxiety. Prior to joining the team at Sparlin, Nicole provided in-home crisis stabilization services.

In her personal time, Nicole loves to be outdoors. Among her favorite hobbies are camping, kayaking, hiking and snowboarding. Nicole comes from a big family and has more than a dozen nieces and nephews, plus a pet dog and cat of her own.
